Abstract Youth Praise Band

Abstract has been going for just over a year

It now consists of Reece on electric guitar, Fiona on drums, Julia on bass guitar, Toby lead singing, Calum on acoustic guitar and David on keyboard. Soon to be joined by Flo who will also lead sing in the new year.

Abstract have recently sadly said goodbye to Ashleigh (guitar)and Michelle(vocals) who were involved from the beginning but felt it was time to move on and concentrate on their exams. But it was great to have them on board for the year.

Abstract have played on a number of occasions in Park Church and St Columba and they were also invited down to St Augustines recently in Dumbarton to support Damascus Road, which went really well.

Hopefully in the not too distant future they will have more opportunites to play in the local congregations, particularly as they progress in musical ability guided by the proficient and encouraging Dr Brown, (whom without, Abstact would not have got this far!)So a big thankyou to you and to all the parents that week in, week out, drop off and collect the band members.
