Contraflow e-News - April 17

Dear Friends
Welcome to our latest E-news - if you know of anyone who is interested in receiving our Enews, either contact admin@contraflow.org.uk or sign up via our website.

Since our last newsletter we have started a new initiative - Fiver for Contraflow - We would like to thank the 13 supporters, to date, who have already committed themselves to this initiative. Their response has been a great encouragement to us all. Two-thirds of our income comes from donations by individuals and their support is essential in order to pay for all of the Contraflow activities. If you would like to join in this initiative there is a form available on the Contraflow Website to download or if you would prefer we can post out a copy - please let us know.

Easter Code -We held Easter Code in a couple of venues this year to enable more schools to attend. The pupils and Teachers all enjoyed their time with us. We enjoyed working with the various churches to make this happen. Pupils and Teachers all enjoyed their time with us and we look forward to seeing them all again for 'It's Your Move'

Volunteers - we are so grateful for all our volunteers who help run these events, but we really do need more helpers - if you feel you could help with one or more of these session next time, please contact us as soon as possible - the sections are fully scripted so no need to worry you don't have 'enough' Bible knowledge - just a genuine longing to work alongside the children and share your love of Jesus with them.

Prayer Time for Contraflow - These are evenings are held every couple of months - the next one is being held in the Baptist Church on 20th June at 6.30pm to 8pm. These are times of interactive prayer, with information enabling the prayers to know what we need prayer for. There is usually a quiet prayer area for those prefers this option.
